Why this exists
I built Evolving Medic from inside the path.
I am an orthopedic surgery resident at Mayo Clinic, a former Duke Track and Field captain, a husband, a father, and someone still learning how to pursue excellence without losing the things that matter most.
Evolving Medic is not built on theory. It is built from the systems I have needed to study better, perform under pressure, use time intentionally, keep growing, and stay grounded while moving through one of the most demanding careers in the world.
