A part-time operator role for someone who understands medicine from the inside.

Evolving Medic is no longer just a content channel. It is becoming a performance ecosystem across YouTube, Weekly Growth, TAYL, Kajabi products, partnerships, and future tools.

I am looking for someone who can help make that ecosystem operate with more clarity, consistency, and momentum. The right person lives close enough to the audience to understand what medical trainees actually need, but is organized enough to help build the company behind the content.

This role is not about waiting for tasks. It is about taking ownership of the systems that help Evolving Medic grow with more consistency, clarity, and leverage.

Brand partnerships

Help identify aligned companies, organize outreach, support sponsor conversations, and track opportunities from first idea to completed partnership.

Operations

Content and platform operations

Help the content engine run smoothly across YouTube, Weekly Growth, Kajabi, TAYL, and future products so the ecosystem feels connected.

  • Support YouTube and Shorts coordination
  • Help organize newsletter and community workflows
  • Assist with Kajabi updates and product pages
  • Keep assets, links, tasks, and deadlines organized

Bring ideas, notice what is missing, and help improve how Evolving Medic serves ambitious people in medicine.

Who we are looking for

The right person understands medical training because they are close to it. They think clearly, communicate well, follow through, and want to help build something that serves people in medicine at a higher level.

Non-negotiables

You can own responsibility without needing constant direction.

  • Currently enrolled in a U.S. medical school or active in the U.S. pre-medical pipeline
  • Strong understanding of medical trainees, medical education, and the culture of this audience
  • Excellent written communication across emails, briefs, notes, and application responses
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and the ability to close loops
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, async-first environment
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion, YouTube Studio, or quick to learn

Strongly preferred

You think like a builder, not just a task-completer.

  • Familiarity with Kajabi or similar course, community, and email platforms
  • Experience with content creation, social media, newsletters, or brand communications
  • Understanding of USMLE, clinical rotations, ERAS, the Match, or the medical application process
  • Ability to spot what content is actually useful, not just what might perform well
  • Interest in healthcare, education, productivity, performance, and creator-led businesses
  • Willingness to bring ideas, challenge assumptions, and improve systems over time

The right person

Has strong opinions about what actually helps trainees, wants to build something rather than simply maintain it, and sees this as a chance to learn how a growing medical education and performance company operates from the inside.

Paid to grow what you help build.

This role is designed to start small, move fast, and reward someone who can create leverage. The base retainer gives stability. The brand deal upside gives you a reason to think like an owner.
